• 2 ounces Bulleit bourbon
• 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
• 3/4 ounce homemade honey syrup

Combine honey and water in saucepan. Heat over medium until all honey is dissolved. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature. Transfer to a bottle or container and store in fridge.
